GOVERNANCE
The Board of Directors elects, from among its administrators, a Bureau composed at least of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary General and a Treasurer. The members of the Bureau are elected for a period of 2 years and are re-electable.
The Office ensures the day-to-day management of the association. It meets as often as the interest of the association requires, upon convocation by the president. It is made up of the following people.
The members of the Board of Directors also have delegation and supervision of the office. They are involved in the development of the Data Governance Alliance for Smarter Citizens by mobilizing their networks to obtain institutional and financial support for the purpose of the association defined by its constitutive statutes.

SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE
The scientific and ethics committee is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Data Governance Alliance for Smarter Citizens. Its aim is to provide a technical and scientific vision to the initiatives and projects presented and supported by the association.
He intervenes at the request of the Board of Directors to examine an initiative, a project, an innovation, a model identified by the Data Governance Alliance for Smarter Citizens. Based on the documentation work carried out by the various think tanks making up the association, its mission is to diagnose the relevance, viability and performance of the proposed system, and if necessary to certify it as eligible for support from the association. .
